people logging in that actually havon't?

does anyone else get this?

when i log in to the site, it tells me someone has logged in, usually a random user who i've not heard of. so i go and check the last 100 log ins, and find that actually, they never logged in at all and the message is wrong. happens sometimes too with logouts and zbp.

anyone know how i can fix this?
